Efficient structure
In order for the company to be able to continue growing optimally in future, in 2010 a management level was introduced at jambit. Since then six Business Unit Heads, recruited from our own ranks, have been concerned with individual employee management and professional customer service.
Company divisions are often organized according to sectors or technologies. We have decided to organize our Business Units according to project type. This enables us to achieve 100% project success.
